Pre-Order Form

1. Click into the google docs link below.

2. Click file, download, then Microsoft Word (.docx).

3. Print the form and fill in by pen, or fill in digitally on Microsoft Word.

4. If filling digitally, save the form once completed. 

If filling by pen, scan or take a clear picture of your form.

5. Email your filled form to santonio.hartlepool@yahoo.com or hand in your filled form at the restaurant before the date of your booking.

You can also pick up a blank pre-order form at our restaurant, please call ahead to make sure we have copies available.
